All prices on myhomeinterior.co.uk include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges, delivery charges are added to your basket when items are added.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on myhomeinterior.co.uk is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on our website, we will contact you by email or telephone to ask whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If you are happy to proceed you will be asked to email us to confirm. If you wish not to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. In the event of such circumstances we will refund full price you have paid to us.
The company complies with Distance Selling regulations. If you wish to cancel and return a stock item you can do so within 7 days as per the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned at your own cost for a full refund.
You may not cancel your order if:
The Services have been customised or made to your own specifications; unless damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
Our policy on cancellations and returns does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Made to Measure Products Cancellation Policy
Consumers’ statutory right of cancellation does not apply to orders which are made to measure or in any way cut or altered to your requirements. As this is a bespoke service, order is non- refundable and cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun.
Estimated cost for bespoke products or services provided through our online quotation, email or telephone, are subject to survey and template.
Once estimate has been accepted, you will be sent an invoice and required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total order and full balance will need to be settled on completion.
Once clear funds of the deposit have been received, should you wish to cancel at any time from this point, we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs incurred by the company.
From the date of payment, we endeavour to deliver your order in 5 – 10 working days or sooner if possible.
Please check your parcel for any visible signs of damage to the packaging of your order before signing for the delivery. Whilst breakages are very rare, in the event of damage in transit should be noted at time of delivery; if possible delivery should be refused and returned to us, in which case we will replace at no cost to the customer.
For faults that are not apparent until after opening, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item this can be done by email or phone, with the nature of the defect and if possible take a suitable photograph and email it to us. Failure to report this to us within this frame may void any claim that we will file with the courier company.
PRE SPLASHBACKS TEMPLATE
The following information is important to ensure that the template goes as smoothly as possible. Failure to follow these guidelines could delay and incur extra cost.
During this appointment you or your representative must be on site to discuss layout and any technical issues with your templator. The templator will be happy to advise on technical issues but can not advise on design issues.
During this appointment the templator will also show you a selection of colour swatch cards and samples on actual glass.
All the base units, worktops, cupboards, appliances and any fittings need to be positioned, correctly aligned, levelled up, fixed securely and all plastering work must be complete. Wall units and extractors must also be securely fitted if we are templating for cladding or splashbacks
NOTE: Our work is bespoke based on the site template. Any work carried out after template, such as plastering the walls or changing the location of cabinets can delay in the manufacture of your product and affect the finished product. Thus, we reserve the right to charge for this to be rectified.
